Healthy Confidence
When one decides to start a healthy lifestyle journey through fitness and diet there are a few things that have to be established.
1.) A person has to make sure they love themselves inside and out. (There is a type of self love that can bring a person peace and confidence without anyone having to compliment them to know how wonderful of a person they are; because they already know they are wonderful. Someone’s state of moods and beings are not at the will of another human and how they feel about them but it is on how that person feels about themself. For example, If you have a boyfriend name Johnny and Johnny does not recognize your new hair style and say it is beautiful that does not mean, it is not beautiful. If you think the hair style is beautiful them so it is. When you can love yourself 1st then it is easier for someone to love you. )
2.) A person have to know they can achieve anything they want in life as long as it is in the will of God for their life. (This type of courage comes from being fearless in the pursuit of ones purpose in life, whether it is steping outside of a comfort-zone to go talk to strangers to promote something. Then it could be wanting to lose 50 pounds before a high school class reunion. When, I talk about the will of God I am saying this..or let me give an example. How you every heard someone sing and you thought to yourself wow this person is really not gifted at singing? Maybe it is not in God’s will for that person to be a singer?.. Usually your purpose brings you joy. It is something that you would love to wake up in the morning, day, or night doing.)
3.) A person have to know they have the juice to never give up. (Having the juice means you have endurance to persevere through anything to reach your goals. This goes to completing everything you start. No matter how hard it may seem or how hard it gets your never stop. Some people start things and never finish when you have the juice you make it to the finish line in everything you do.)
